Ghanaians are Welcoming

From Gold Coast era till now, Ghanaians have being welcoming. It was this welcoming nature that made us even accept the whites in Ghana which later lead them to colonise us. Even with that experience, we are still  welcoming.

The slave trade era which saw Some Ghanaians treated unfairly which even lead to the death of some people couldn't even be a threat to this welcoming nature. We still hail these whites when we see them in our country.

Not only do we welcome their physical presence but also almost all their ideas they bring to us. We have presented ourselves as sober with no knowledge that we are ready to listen, learn and embroiden our horizon.

 For that matter, since Civilization did no start in Ghana but Egypt which most countries in the west were already civilised, we humble accepted formal education, Christianity, their style of marriage and so on when they posed it to us.
